Make sure the SIM PIN is disabled by putting the SIM in a cell phone, go to settings/security and disable the PIN. Put the SIM back into the router and switch on the router. After a short while the power, WLAN and Signal lights will burn steady, not flickering. To configure the router, go to your wireless connections and refresh the list of available networks. You will see a network called "gateway".
Go to internet explorer and type in 192.168.1.1 and enter. A Welcome screen will come up with User type Admin asking for a password. Type in admin and click login. Now you can configure it according to your requirements. See below PDF instructions.
